Points (Pts) Collection

1. Reward Initiation: As soon as you join SpiritualistArt, you will be offered rewards in the form of points ("Points (Pts)"). Other types of SpiritualistArt rewards may also be given to you depending on the different Activities you perform on the Site.

2. When you register on SpiritualistArt, your Account status becomes "Active" and you can participate in all Activities where SpiritualistArt will invite you to participate and you can benefit from all the benefits linked to SpiritualistArt, such as access to our Services and your rewards, and you also have the possibility to contact SpiritualistArt Staff.

   Activity Conditions: Maintaining your account "Active" requires that you have joined SpiritualistArt and participated in Activities or surveys on the Site within 30 days after your initial registration or within any 90-day period.

3. Most surveys currently available allow you to earn Points (Pts) by answering them. It will be clearly shown on the Site, at the beginning of the survey or in the invitation sent via email you will receive from us, if that survey does not allow you to earn any Points (Pts).

4. Account Suspension: Your account may also be suspended if:

   • you do not join any surveys after registering on SpiritualistArt;
   • you do not join any surveys within the first 30 days after your registration on SpiritualistArt;
   • you do not join any surveys within a 90-day period.

   If your Account has been suspended or closed, you have the right to ask SpiritualistArt to investigate the suspension or closure. In this possibility, please contact our Customer Service. If you believe that the suspension or termination of your account is the result of an error, you must contact SpiritualistArt via email within sixty (60) days of the alleged error and explain in detail the origin of the dispute, indicating any relevant information that may prove the anomaly.

   Upon receiving your request, we will investigate and notify you of our decision within thirty (30) days. If we need more time to decide on your request, we will notify you and will endeavor to make a decision as quickly as possible. Any decision we make regarding such requests is final.

5. Points Cancellation: SpiritualistArt will not notify you in advance regarding the cancellation or withdrawal of your Points (Pts). SpiritualistArt has the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify these rules regarding cancellation and withdrawal.

6. You can close your account at any time by going to the section related to your account on our Site, and clicking on "Close my account". The closure of your account will take effect immediately. If you have problems closing your account, please contact Customer Support. Customer Service will respond to you as soon as possible.

   Account Closure Consequences: Your account will be closed immediately after it is deleted or you unsubscribe from SpiritualistArt. You understand and agree that, as stated above, after suspension, cancellation or closure of your account, your right to access the Services will cease and all Points (Pts) credited to your account at the time of such suspension, cancellation or termination will be forfeited, regardless of how or when earned. SpiritualistArt may terminate your account at any time and for any reason.

7. Points (Pts) awarded will appear in your account no later than 30 days after you complete the survey and you will be able to redeem them as soon as they appear. SpiritualistArt takes reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the correct number of Points (Pts) is credited to your account.

   User Responsibility: However, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct number of Points (Pts) is credited and you have the possibility to report to SpiritualistArt no later than 2 months after answering the survey if the number of Points (Pts) appearing on your account is incorrect.

Points (Pts)

1. Earning Points: You will receive a certain number of Points (Pts) for each completed activity (depending on the complexity and other characteristics of the survey). The number of Points (Pts) available for any activity will be shown on the SpiritualistArt.com site.

2. You can view your total Points (Pts) by going to the member page of the website.

3. Non-Transferable: Points (Pts) are personal to you and cannot be transferred without SpiritualistArt's written permission. They are not considered property and therefore you cannot sell, transfer or assign them to any third party without SpiritualistArt's written permission.

Points (Pts) Conversion

1. Conversion Requirements: You can only convert Points (Pts) if your SpiritualistArt account is active.

2. Points (Pts) can be converted to gift cards or other payment solutions offered through payment platforms chosen by SpiritualistArt.

3. Points (Pts) are not negotiable.

4. Points (Pts) can be converted on the Website. More information can be found on the website. SpiritualistArt has the right to modify available rewards at its absolute discretion and without prior notice. You agree that SpiritualistArt is not responsible for any action taken by any third party in administering Rewards.

5. Conversion Value: The value of the reward you choose cannot be greater than the number of Points (Pts) in your account. However, you can choose a reward of lesser value. Any Points (Pts) will remain in your account for future use. When you have converted Points (Pts), the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account.

6. No Returns: Rewards received after converting Points (Pts) cannot be exchanged, returned or converted to cash.

7. Images of rewards presented on the website do not necessarily reproduce the exact colors and/or models available as rewards, this depends on color effects and supplier updates.

8. SpiritualistArt has the right to replace any reward with an equivalent or more valuable reward if the reward is not available.
