1. Recording and protection of personal data

When you register with SpiritualistArt, we will ask you for certain personal data: (email address, postal code, etc.). To use our web page, you do not need to create an account or provide us with your personal data. However, we require certain personal data to be able to give you full access to SpiritualistArt and to be able to pay you the results generated by your activity on SpiritualistArt.

SpiritualistArt needs to obtain your consent so that SpiritualistArt can process personal data so that you can benefit from the Services. By confirming all information that allows the creation of your User Account, you give your consent for the use of your data at the latest by SpiritualistArt within the terms of this article.

Any failure to respond on your part to any of the fields that SpiritualistArt asks you to complete online will not allow you to benefit from the Services offered by SpiritualistArt. This information is only intended (i) for SpiritualistArt (ii) for its service providers that enable it to offer Online Services to you.

2.3. Access and correction rights

2.3.1.

Each individual user at any time and free of charge has access and correction rights to SpiritualistArt to the extent that personal data concerning them proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated. Please contact SpiritualistArt or modify your personal data yourself online in the "Member Area" section.

2.3.2.

If you want to exercise your correction right and if you ask us in writing, for example via email, SpiritualistArt will justify that you have carried out the correction of data concerning you.

If data concerning you has been sent to third parties, SpiritualistArt will inform these third parties about the modification operations carried out.

2.4. Other uses of personal data about you

SpiritualistArt has the right to send personal data that you have provided, either as part of compliance with legal obligations, or at the request of judicial, administrative or independent administrative authority decisions in Malaysia.

By submitting to us the personal data necessary for SpiritualistArt to be able to provide you with the Services you expect, you are also asked to accept that SpiritualistArt may use data concerning you for research purposes, especially commercial research, for its own benefit (such as, for example, sending informational newsletters) or for the benefit of partners.

Whether to oppose any investigation by our partners in the future or to exercise your access or correction rights, SpiritualistArt promises to correct its files within 7 days after receiving your written request or your email to SpiritualistArt.

2.5. Security obligations

2.5.1.

As a diligent professional, and according to current conditions, SpiritualistArt implements technical means to maintain the confidentiality of personal data given to it by Users and stored on servers where such data is hosted. However, SpiritualistArt is not responsible for any security breaches or any use made by third parties who receive personal data concerning you, particularly due to the use of electronic mail by Internet networks including SpiritualistArt cannot be held liable.

SpiritualistArt servers are not located on its premises but hosted by one of its partners. Data transmission between SpiritualistArt and its partner is protected to maintain the security of data processed by SpiritualistArt.

3. Newsletter

Any user can subscribe to the SpiritualistArt Newsletter service. SpiritualistArt uses user email addresses to send newsletters that convey commercial news, SpiritualistArt updates, promotions, new products, various information and notices, etc. The frequency of sending these emails is not determined.

SpiritualistArt has the right to continue sending emails related to the user's account status (for example earned commissions or other important information). The only way to not receive these emails is to delete your account.

4. Username and password

By registering with SpiritualistArt, each member chooses a nickname and associated password. The member is fully responsible for choosing their password. SpiritualistArt considers that the person using the nickname and associated password is authorized to use the corresponding account.

By logging into their account, members have access to their personal data and can modify it at any time. Their account can only be accessed with the nickname chosen by the member and the associated password. To avoid any abuse, it is forbidden to send your username and password to others.

5. Privacy policy modification

SpiritualistArt has the right to modify this privacy policy without prior notice. If there are any changes, we will send an email to members to notify them of the changes and invite them to read the new privacy policy.

6. Cookies

SpiritualistArt uses cookies to recognize and identify users who arrive at our web pages automatically, to record their visits and to optimize their needs or preferences. Cookies are small information files sent by our pages to the user's browser and stored on their computer's hard drive.

8. Account cancellation

If a member wants to cancel their account on SpiritualistArt, they must send us an email so that we can delete their account as well as all information related to this account stored on our servers.
